Jenny Rolfe wrote this book to share both the experiences she gained in Portugal, a country with a long tradition of classical training, and her innovative techniques which are aimed at attaining the ultimate lightness and empathy in riding. Ride from the Heart begins by looking at the nature of the horse of the human giving guidance gaining a greater sense of self-awareness.
